What are gel wax melts and how do I use them?

They're like the cool cousins of traditional wax melts. Just pop some into an approved wax warmer, turn it on, and let the magic happen! The delightful scents will waft through your space, making it smell as cozy as a borrowed hoodie on a chilly day. (Pro tip: Don't eat them, even if they smell like dessert!). Recommendation is use 4 hours, cool, repeat until you must sadly replace.

How do I clean my warmer/vessel after using?

Cleaning your oil diffuser is as easy as pie. Just unplug it, let it cool down, and wipe it out with a paper towel, napkin, whatever you want that you are okay tossing or washing with non important items (mica powder, sorry not sorry). If there's any stubborn residue, a little warm water and a gentle soap can do the trick, or just a little rubbing alcohol. Just remember, no harsh scrubbing—this isn't a wrestling match! We will not apologize for our love of color and the shimmery goodness of the mica powders. 

Can I mix different scents?

Absolutely! Mixing scents is like creating your own signature fragrance—go wild! Want to blend "Cloud Lime" with "Borrowed Hoodie"? You do you! Just be ready for an olfactory adventure that could make your nose do a happy dance!

How long do they last?

Each scent has a little bit of a different science, so it does vary, but a 2 oz. container can last anywhere from 32-96 hours. This is depending on how much you love that scent (and how much you crank up the warmer!). So, if you find yourself in a "Cloud Lime" trance, just know that your cozy vibes will stick around for a while! The hotter the wax, the stronger the scent. See each scent profile for throw level.

Each actual pot will stay good for 6-12 months if stored as directed.

What if my gel melt arrives damaged?

Are there any special care instructions for my gel melts?

Just treat them like the precious little gems they are! Keep them away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (they're not fans of the heat). Store them in a cool, dry place, and they'll be ready to rock your world whenever you need a scent-sational boost!

Can I return my gel melts if I change my mind?

We get it—sometimes you just have a change of heart! You have 3 days to request a return, but only for specific reasons. We love making you happy but we also want to maintain quality - lets chat first! We offer a variety of solutions and samples to avoid most common woes.
